What would I tell my younger self? Don’t sacrifice your values at the expense of trying to fit into a box moulded by the expectations of others. 

It took 12 years in a highly competitive corporate law career to teach me that. It’s tough to end up in the wrong place and have no idea how to get out. Contrary to how it felt at the time, my years as a lawyer did set me up with many strengths and skills that I could transfer and use to contribute in the next phase of my career.

I now use my experience in professional services coupled with a natural curiosity in people and their worlds, in my coaching work. We explore thinking patterns, reframe perspectives and reflect on life’s challenges to empower you not only to be the best version of yourself, but also to better understand your own personal values and how they can guide you to reach your goals. 

I’m based in East London with my partner and a very stubborn border terrier pup. When not coaching, you’ll find me out in nature, indulging at foodie spots or bunkering down with a good book.
