I help new, overwhelmed leaders transition effectively into their next roles by connecting them to their purpose & values so they can lead with confidence. When your leader within is strong and shiny, you can lead from any dimension. 

I also facilitate unconscious bias, microaggression and inclusive leadership training for diverse groups of employees and business owners. 

My professional journey started two decades ago as a chemist. I reinvented myself multiple times as I transitioned into technical and strategic project management roles. I co-led company efforts in establishing STEM outreach activities within the community and initiating a Diversity & Inclusion program. Throughout this journey, I discovered my passion for connecting with and supporting people; this inspired me to begin my coaching journey in 2016. 

Outside of coaching, I love hiking, a walk on the beach, and learning with and through nature.
