My belief is everyone should have access to a coach as early as possible in life whether CEO or intern.
I’ve spent the last 15 years of my career working with individuals, universities and employers to remove barriers to study and meaningful employment. Introducing coaching earlier in our careers makes all the difference as we work to build a workforce with representation, equity and inclusion.
I’m proud of the work I do both in the education space and as a coach. The common thread in everything I do is that I love building partnerships, which is where the magic happens in coaching!
I’m based in the Garden of England, Kent, my coaching style is grounded in empathy, exploration and focussed action and I enjoy being both a sounding board and accountability partner, whichever my clients need on the day.
