For 15 years I worked as a special education teacher here in Finland. My work focused on supporting young people with motivation, stress, anxiety and behavioral problems. 

My key focus during these years was to find specific solutions and strategies to help each individual student perform better.

In order to gain a better understanding of what drives human performance, a natural development for me was to become a professional coach with expertise in mental training, psychometric testing and NLP. 

I now work with leaders in organisations with a strong belief that development that is personal to each individual is the key to performance cultures across teams.
