I’m a UK based Dane with a background navigating a fast-paced, international career at Unilever and Philips. Motherhood and life as an expatriate led me to discover the incredible impact of good coaching. Inspired, I decided to change direction and have now been coaching for more than a decade. 

I believe that coaching should enable you to show up authentically, addressing any topic, challenge, dream or aspiration that is meaningful to you. My aim is to provide a gentle, yet impactful space to deepen self-awareness and self-leadership in order for clients to achieve their goals, but more importantly to enhance their wellbeing, enjoyment, motivation and performance in any area of life.

As a person I value strong relationships, meaningful work and healthy living. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a parent to my two kids, for doing work that I love and for discovering ultramarathon running in my late 40s.
