Born in Bangkok, fluent in Thai and with 20 years of experience in the UK and across APAC, I have high emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. 

I have worked in both start-up environments and large complex matrix organisations, across many sectors but for the past 5 years I have been coaching leaders to learn and activate new levels of performance through specific mindset and skillset coaching, backed by the latest insights and developments in neuroscience. 

My optimism is contagious and my ability to see the potential in people, yet challenge and hold to account, brings out the best in them. My mission is to create human leadership that is purpose-led, values-driven and delivers impact in the world.
