I am an Executive Coach, an Organisational Change Consultant, and a Learning &  Development Executive with 15+ years international experience in complex sales and  business development functions and managed high-level stakeholders in C-suite such as  CEOs, CHROs.  

I combine my experience in business, in learning and development and in psychology  to create highly effective leadership development interventions and processes. I coach senior executives and  management teams globally and across a wide range of industries, to help them find ways to  entice their growth and find more agility and creativity within the systems they operate in.  

For the past 15 years, I have worked at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, as  Client Development Partner in the Custom Program team, where I have designed and  tailored learning and development programs for and with organisations. Recently, I have led a Talent Development team globally in a Public Limited Company based in London (UK).  

I’m Swiss/Greek and currently live in Lausanne, Switzerland. I deliver coaching in English and French.
