I started my career as a software developer but soon realized it was people that gave me energy rather than writing code. This drove me to become a Project Manager and later a Scrum Master, which was when I started coaching individuals and teams towards their professional goals.

What I initially thought of as simply a skill to support me in my job, soon became a source for purpose and meaning like I hadn’t experienced before. I now enjoy coaching emerging leaders to become more authentic, resilient, and emotionally intelligent so they can create a meaningful impact in their lives and the organizations and communities they serve. 

When I’m not coaching, I love to play tennis, read books, listen to podcasts and play with my dog.
