With many years’ experience in corporate sales as well as managing graduates, interns and apprentices, I have a real understanding of the challenges often faced in navigating career pathways, overcoming both the internal and external barriers that can get in the way of achieving our goals and enjoying the balance and fulfilment we deserve.  

Coaching creates rare time to stop and think. From there we recognise what energises you, identify obstacles, explore fresh perspectives and offer both challenge and support throughout. My focus is on helping people develop self-awareness and build both the skills and self-belief to achieve what they want.
