Following a degree in psychology, I spent 20 years in leadership roles across government, creative and charity sectors, specialising in behaviour change, marketing and brand strategy. I was responsible for the UK’s most trusted brand at Macmillan Cancer Support for seven years, where I led a 35-strong brand and creative department.

My background in marketing and communications means I bring a strategic approach that helps leaders to communicate more cohesively through rapid change, influence more effectively and manage relationships at every level.   

I believe that we’re all infinitely resourceful and that the mind that holds the problem, also holds the best solution.
