I am dedicated to helping individuals and corporations prepare and respond to the rapid changes we face in today’s world. Change is usually welcomed if it’s on our terms, but when change is thrust upon us, we often need additional support to figure out what we want, what we should do and what our next step should be. 

I focus on the potential within and the re-shaping of thoughts. Often individuals just need some time and space to see the possibilities before them. Whether you are in a fortune 500 company, a non-profit, or in the education sector, success and satisfaction in life is a desired outcome. 

I am currently the President of the International Coach Federation for Central Florida.  My last credential is my most interesting and tasty; I grew up on a working farm; so, it seems appropriate to use those talents to become a certified Barbeque Judge for the Florida Barbeque Association!
