I have 17 years of experience as executive education director and head of coaching at CIMBA, an international business and leadership school. 

I have worked with companies, business people, students, and MBA participants from all around the world and am an expert in leadership development, coaching skills, brain-based coaching and neuroscience. 

My approach is based on improvisation and coaching skills. In 2019 I published my first book on Amazon, “Improvise and Succeed“, and I’m proud to have more than 30,000 students on Udemy and be the founder of “Improvise and Succeed” online academy. My mission is to spread a coaching and an improv mindset around the world, helping people and organizations to unleash their potential.
