Curious from birth and enthusiastic by choice, I have a natural passion for producing new thinking and taking action that will unlock potential to make change happen.  

I have worked as a coach since 2004 enhancing the ability of leaders to take risks, make effective changes, while experimenting with new behaviours, new approaches and new skills whilst being fully aware of unconscious bias. 

I partner with women and men in global brands and Fortune 500 companies who are the most prominent leaders and game changers in their sector.  

In my coaching work, I bring together my vulnerability and courage. I love igniting the creative spark  in people to unlock their potential to generate new possibilities and to allow their life purpose to fully  shine, so that new perspectives lead to extraordinary and concrete results.
