My approach positions wellbeing at the core of leadership development. I started my business to help companies incorporate wellbeing initiatives with leadership strategies that impact positively on workplace culture. 

My background in fashion, design and business consultancy, introduces a creative perspective to my coaching practice and a thinking out of the box approach that  engages practical exercises to explore challenges. The application of creative thinking can be applied across any industry to unlock momentum in a new development direction.

I’m also a huge champion of workplace diversity and inclusivity for professionals, teams and  organisations and I’m on the diversity and inclusivity committee member at the British Beauty Council. 

I support clients to tackle challenges of change, performance, productivity, communication and clarity of vision, to achieve an effective outcome.
