I spent 12 years at Mars Petcare in Germany with teams of up to 25 across logistics, procurement and marketing. I use this experience to support my work with clients who are developing their leadership capabilities; to move away from old behaviour patterns to new strategies for action and work effectively and sustainably for the long run.

Alongside leadership development I am also a trained balance coach. The little word ”stress” is certainly one of the most used words in business. We often use this word to say that we are very busy but for many people, this word describes a state in which the individual feels overwhelmed and exhausted.

The goal of my balance coaching is to support my clients to learn that stress does not come from outside, self-management skills and how to solve interpersonal conflicts more successfully and without stress.
