During a 20 year career working in education and coaching, I’ve taught young people in some of the poorest parts of the UK and I’ve coached leaders from some of the world’s biggest companies. 

Enabling people to think clearly and understand their capabilities always gives me the same thrill, regardless of where they come from and what they do.

Access to information has never been easier; we have the world on our phones which can help us to connect and inspire. The pay off is that everyone’s thinking space is compressed by a constant stream of data and opinion. Through coaching, I offer a space to think in that’s purposeful, creative, free from judgement and importantly, away from the noise. 

It’s my instinct to help people achieve and thrive and I place a high value on treating others with kindness and empathy.

I learned a lot about myself and what drives me when, in 2013, I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of blood cancer. In the following three years, the kindness of others reinforced my resilience beyond measure; there is great power in knowing that we’re not alone when facing into a challenge.
