My coaching approach is to think big and bold. I work with a diverse range of leaders with different life and career experiences to facilitate and enable change – real change – that is purposeful, meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable.

My approach is to create partnerships with my clients that are open, honest and reflective to ensure that clients achieve their goals successfully and increase clarity, confidence, presence and impact. 

I understand the business challenges that leaders face from my career as a senior leader in HR across a range of organisations and industries including City of London Police, General Social Care Council, Homes England, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) and Versus Arthritis.
