I come from a family of educators so it seemed a natural progression into the human side of business, early in my career.
I am a senior Chief People Officer with 25 years of experience across industries including Retail, Digital, Media, Consumer and Life Sciences in organisations including Pepsico, Morrisons Supermarkets, Daily Mail Group Media, Walgreens Boots Alliance and now SSP Group PLC.
Alongside my work in large organisations I also love getting involved with new enterprises and I advise and coach in a number of small and large scale digital start-ups and legacy businesses going through significant transformation. Working with theMakings as a coach and Non Exec Director is my favourite project. : )
Beyond my family and friends, life outside is taken up with house renovations, car meets and running.
