My early career evolved in an international and multicultural environment. Before my coaching career, I held leadership positions in teams and development project management. 

I have been coaching for 10 years and I am a coach and coach trainer to managers, senior leaders and CEO’s. I have the passion to inspire my clients towards the expression of their full potential, based on their deep values, and relying on powerful and fun techniques.  

In my coaching sessions I use multiple methodologies and tools including; Solution-oriented coaching, Neuroscience and leadership, Positive Psychology, NLP, stress management, problem solving and decision-making, motivation principles and strategic thinking.
