I came to coaching following 17 years of blue chip global experience in general management and marketing with Procter & Gamble and McCain Foods. I’ve lived in 8 countries, including India, Canada and now the UK.

I have managed as a single parent (in a split family) for over five years while balancing my career with personal growth. I am passionate about fitness and personal responsibility towards achieving goals.
