Burnout brought me to coaching. I spent over 25 years in the DMC/Meetings industry in Miami, served as President of a national consortium of DMCs, sat for over 14 years on the ADMEI board of directors, and have won multiple awards for being a respected industry top producer year after year. 

In 2014, after bringing an under-producing DMC business to over $5m in less than a year, I hit a level of burnout that was wholly unexpected, resulting in early retirement at 48. Now, I have made it my mission to combine this hard-won wisdom and experience to crack the code on burnout for others. 

I believe that no one should ever burn out of a career they love but maintaining balance in your personal life can be even more challenging in our new hybrid, WFH world. Being a better communicator, finding your own unique voice and style, learning to navigate office politics, and laying the groundwork for your future career advancement are just a few of the areas I love coaching in.
