I had no idea what I wanted to do when I left school. I knew that I loved helping people and listening to their stories but it didn’t feel like University was the right choice. My biggest fear was finding a serious job without a degree but I started applying for jobs anyway. I got my first job in an office and from there moved into HR. I went onto work at different London based start-ups supporting growing teams in fast paced environments. 

Now I help people who are seeking a new way of understanding and accepting themselves. I bring elements of spirituality to my coaching to create more ease, flow and acceptance in life. Through my work, I help people understand what it takes to use their individual energy and see that everything they need is inside of them.
