I came to coaching after a distinguished 25+ year career in communications and PR, including executive roles on both the agency and client sides. After decades of experience leading teams at world-class companies, I have developed a successful track record empowering people to create more authentic, fulfilling professional lives. 

Most recently Chief Engagement Officer at Lippe Taylor, an award-winning communications agency, I oversaw all the agency’s client engagement teams. Previously, I served as EVP and head of global corporate communications at Scholastic, the world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books and educational materials. 

I have also served as managing director of the NY brand practice at Edelman and U.S. CEO of DeVries Global. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles on in-house communications teams at L’Oréal USA and the Donna Karan Beauty Company. 

I live in New Jersey with my husband and son.
