I’m known for being straightforward and able to challenge directly, which balances well with my naturally warm and positive style. I think the space of focused attention in a coaching session is an underestimated gift. A gift to have quality time and to connect with yourself in order to understand what is actually going on, get moving forward and be able to grow as a human and as a leader.  

I get my energy from the connection with people and nature and I am also a passionate photographer. As in coaching, I value a different perspective and appreciate the unknown and opportunity to explore something that has the potential to change the way I look at things. 

I live in Switzerland near Lausanne with my wife. Unfortunately, we cannot have children and therefore, we are in the process of figuring out what new directions we might take together and what opportunities this unforeseen future will bring us.
