I bring 15 years of experience from working in a multinational corporate environment and I am constantly fascinated about the changing requirements of leaders as the world of work continues to shift. 

My work promotes a more sustainable and mentally healthy approach to work with specialties including self-management, resilience, confidence and emotional regulation. I combine strategic understanding with empathy, intuition and a pinch of humor.
